How to Reach Our Team

1.By Phone - Our Customer Support team is available by phone from 8am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time to answer your questions and provide support for any issue that may arise. We strive to answer your call directly every time, but please recognize that there may be times when our staff is fully engaged with other customers. If you find circumstances where you are asked to leave a message on the Nobilis Support Line, we will respond to you or your implementation team within three hours. To reach Customer Support during the above hours, call 1-866-NOBILIS (662-4547)
2.By E-mail - At any time, you can send an e-mail request to support@nobilis.com. We will respond to your e-mail within three hours. Additionally, we may need to contact you via phone to obtain additional information needed to properly assess and solve the problem.

Support Guidelines for Nobilis Ci

1.Unregistered Evaluation copy - if you have an evaluation copy of Nobilis CI, you are entitled to read our FAQ section and browse/read our Support bulletin boards and participate in the Installation bulletin board.
2.Registered Evaluation copy - if you register your evaluation copy of Nobilis CI on our website, or via our support line, you are entitled to 30 days of free support services. In addition to the phone support, you have access to search our Knowledge base, submitting questions/issues on-line, full permissions to our Support bulletin boards, and the FAQ section. At the end of the 30 days, if you do not purchase the product, you status reverts back to an unregistered evaluation copy.
3.Full Product without Maintenance - if you have a full purchased copy of Nobilis CI, you will be sent a username and password to access our support portal. Within the 30 days you are entitled to all our support services (Bulletin Boards, FAQs, Phone, on-line submitting of issues, and access to search the Knowledge base). After the 30 days, you have to option to purchase additional maintenance plans. If you do not purchase additional maintenance, you no longer are able to use the phone support feature in our suite of Support services. All other support avenues remain for the length of the particular supported version.
4.Full Product with Maintenance - After the 30 days of free phone support are over, you have the option to purchase the phone support adhoc, or through a yearly maintenance contract. The ad-hoc phone support can be purchase directly through or website. If you are interested in yearly maintenance, please call our support line directly. All other support avenues remain for the length of the particular supported version.
