| A: | | In order to map data into a spreadsheet, the sheet must be part of a running Nobilis process. Sheets that are opened outside of a Nobilis process will not have the Variable Mapping menu item available to them. To be able to map data into your spreadsheet, add your spreadsheet to a document library, create a document resource containing your spreadsheet, and attach this document resource to your process. Then add a Run Application rule to your activity and choose your spreadsheet as the document to send. When the spreadsheet is opened from the Inbox or email account, the Variable Mapping menu item will be available and you will able to map variables.
