| A: | | Try making sure that your STMP Server is configured properly. To configure your SMTP Server, login to Nobilis Ci Administrator. Then click on the Settings button. Next, click on the Messaging link. In the box labeled SMTP Server, type in the name of your email server or the IP address of your email server. Check with your system administrator if you do not know the name or address of your email server. You can test the ability of Nobilis Ci to use your email server by entering the appropriate value for SMTP Server and a valid email address for Test Email Account. Then click the Send Test Email button. A message will be displayed to let you know if the mail was sent properly.
